Unchained Truth On Covid Claims

I'm excited to be here today with you as we go ahead and kick off episode number one. We just had our trailer that went up not so long ago. And uh the purpose for today is I'm gonna be dropping you guys some uh heavy duty stuff here, and I'll just give you a little bit of a brief on it. Okay, so this the origin of the story came to me from Canada, believe it or not. Now, here in the United States, you know, uh things are kind of tense a little bit between us and Canada because of all of the political, you know, back and forth and stuff, uh economic, that all started with Justin Trudeau and uh Trump, you know, having at it in the very beginning. Uh but and then the Chinese are involved there too, and all other nefarious factions from around the world. But that's not what this is about today. What this is about today is that uh the story that I'm going to be bringing you has is coming out of Ottawa, technically, in the beginning, and then it's coming out of other provinces up in Canada, but it is coming from the indigenous people. All right. Uh, let's just call them Native North Americans, if you will. And this is a pretty, when I saw the story, I was like, this needs to get put out there because this is not being shared out there in the mainstream at all for obvious reasons, and as I get into it, you'll figure out why. So, what's so important about this? This has to do, uh it has to do with COVID-19, just to be blunt. Yeah, I know the pandemic. Well, the pandemic's over. Uh, well, yeah, the pandemic is technically over. They're still pushing for it. You can go through a drive-thru of Walgreens now that we're getting into the winter months here, and you can see, hey, get your vaccine shot, right? Your COVID-19 shot, right? Get your flu season shot. It's already here. They're still pushing this thing, they're still pushing this poison. Okay, and there are people out there, unfortunately, that are buying into this thing. But the show for today, right? The broadcast for today is gonna be a little lengthy because I've got I've got a complete breakdown on what is now called. You're gonna love this, okay? It is now called the Alliance of Indigenous Nations, the AIN International Tribunal. This indigenous population up in Canada has now uh created their great seal of the AIN tribunal, and it is now an alliance of indigenous nations. In other words, not just in Canada, all over the globe. Okay, natural born indigenous population. Let that sink in for a minute. This is something that's unheard of, right? Because at least here in America, what you know, we took the indigenous population here long, long, long, long, long ago, and we pushed them on reservations. Uh, you know, uh, this land is for you. You stay here, you only, you know, hang out here and do whatever here. And they were another machine that was used and abused by the left, okay, to gather in what? The vote and complete and utter total government dependency. They basically enslaved these people, in my opinion. And again, everything here today is based on my opinion, all of it, okay? It's just my thinking, my mind. Why? Because as the title of the show is, it's unchained. And that's me basically being unchained. I cut the links. More uploads coming to there as time permits, of course. Uh so what I found intriguing about this report um that came across my desk is something that, again, has not been spoken about anywhere. Uh, very little press coverage, very little um to n almost none, okay, uh exposure. But I'm bringing that kind of content to this podcast, is bringing you stuff that think of it as the X Files, right? You never hear about it, but it's there. Okay. So basically, I'm gonna go to the appendix first. So the title of the report here is basically it's it's breaking, right? And it's the world's first international governing body and judicial authority declares the mRNA injections, biological and technological weapons of mass destruction. You heard right. And this was uh apparently printed on October 9th of 2025, not so long ago. Okay, so basically in a nutshell, uh it's the Alliance of Indigenous Nations International Tribunal, okay, recognized by Canada. That it's that it is is uh its place of origin, okay, and it's on a nation-to-nation basis. All right, they've issued this historic global order intended to take immediate worldwide effect. In other words, they're pumping this stuff out there to all the indigenous nations around the globe. Again, like I said earlier, the indigenous nation, at least here in America, I don't know about anywhere around the globe, I can only imagine, uh, has been a uh a project of the left, if you will. Okay? We're gonna isolate them on their own reservations, we're gonna keep them on government dependency, we're gonna say and preach that we're taking care of you, we're looking after you, and stuff like that. All for what? Gathering votes. All right, keep them under control, right? More for their uh their nefarious schemes, in my opinion. So that is the nutshell of this, but I'm gonna dive deeper into details, medical details, all right, from uh the medical community globally, okay, on how they came up with this report and how they went about finding the actual real effects of what this jab did to millions and millions of people around the world. Okay. The first thing is I'm gonna I'm gonna go here to an appendix, an appendix that was put out by the uh the minister of Minister of Crown Indigenous Relations in Ottawa, Canada. All right. And this was titled, uh, this is a little older, it goes all the way back to December 13th of 2024. And Eagle Eyes is one of the indigenous members, that's his, I guess, his translated tribal name, aka Jeffrey. We'll just go with that. He is the uh grand council representative of the Alliance of Indigenous Nations, or the AIN as they coin it. So the letter states it says, Dear Eagle Eyes, aka Jeffrey, right? Just like that. Thank you for your letter of September 3rd, 2024, providing an update on the activities of the Alliance of Indigenous Nations of Turtle Island. Okay. So including the establishment of the Alliance of Indigenous Nations International Peace Treaty, the International Indigenous Governing Body, and the Alliance of Indigenous Nations International Tribunal. It is a it is wonderful to hear of this expansion and to hear that the tribunal was further strengthened by its restructuring earlier this year. I trust that this expansion and restructuring will benefit indigenous peoples all around the world. Including future generations. I also commend you for having a panel of judges from every continent to advance this important work and uphold the rights of indigenous people all over the world. I look forward to continuing our nation-to-nation relationship and to learning more about your important work. Sincerely, the Honorable Gary, uh, I may screw this up, and Donna Nasagiri, PCMP. And this is straight from Canada, right? So let's go ahead and dig in a little bit into um the details of this, shall we? Here we go. The whereas the relationship between Canada and the unsurrendered indigenous people is still nation to nation per Calder uh ETAL versus Attorney General of British Columbia in 1973, SCC SCR 313, uh Canada LLC R versus Sequoy 1990, Canada LLC, the corporation, you know, like America, the corporation, 103 SCC, sort of like the U.S. code, like UCC for us, right? And R versus Kote in 1996, three SCR139. All right, so there are your details for you. And whereas on December 13th, 2024, the Minister of Indigenous and Northern Affairs recognized the AIN treaty and the AIN tribunal on a nation-to-nation basis. Okay. Uh, whereas Indigenous Common Law, okay, here we go. Ready for the common law. Understand this, all right? Applies all over the world, not just here in America. Well, it used to be anyway. Is presumed to continue for all the unconquered indigenous people of Turtle Island. The unconquered. In other words, the free ones, the ones that live amongst the populace, not the ones that were gathered and cornered and put into um, you know, their designated area or reservations, right? The indigenous people of Turtle Island pursuant to RV uh de Saltel 2021, SCC 17 at 30, 68, and 86. Those are the sub one, the subheadings. And whereas the Quebec Superior Court of RV versus White and Montour at 1201 entrenched the UN DRIP into S-35 of Canada Act of 1982 as a binding international instrument via the consent of the Canadian government in 2016 per Montour 1185-7, which consent is a limit on Canada's sovereignty. All right, per R versus HAPE 2007, SEC 26 at 43 and at 40 recognized AIN's sovereignty equality or sovereign equality. Okay. And whereas S52 of the Constitution recognizes S35 of the supreme law of the land, the supreme law of the land. We're talking about sovereignty here. We're talking about common law. Okay. And whereas the crown is only the de facto controller of our land and resources pursuant to the SEC in Heidiah versus BC, British Columbia, in 2004 at paragraph 32. So they got their legal stuff out of the way. Okay. They got it all out of the way. And it continues. And I'm just going to go ahead and give it to you guys. I'm going to give it to you all, okay, because this is important. And whereas the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, which is uh it's titled UNDRIP, okay, Articles 1 and 44 and the Organization of American States, OAS, ADRIP, Article 1, guarantee the Indigenous people of the world their rights as individuals. All right. And whereas UNDRIP, Articles 5, 18, 27, 34, and 40, and the OAS ADRIP, Articles 7 and 12 guarantee the individual, indigenous people of the world their right to their own judicial and law systems as protected by the 1960 Bill of Rights at Part 2. And whereas at SCCN, Attorney General of Nova Scotia versus Attorney General of Canada, 1950, Canada, LLC 26, SCC, 1951, SCR 31 clearly stated that relating to sovereignty, governments do not possess the unlimited capacity of the individual. They're really, really getting deep and heavy into this stuff. But this is just the beginning. And as whereas the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights at Article 1 guarantees the rights of all people to self-determination, including the right to determine their political status, pursue their economic, social, and cultural goals, and manage the dispose of their own resources. Next, Declaration and Order of the Alliance of Indigenous Nations, AIN, International Tribunal. This tribunal finds and hereby declares that the COVID-19 nanoparticle injections or the mRNA nanoparticle injections or COVID-19 injections meet the criteria of biological weapons and weapons of mass destruction according to the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989. This is now American law, right? 18 USC 175.166 of Florida Statute in 2023. Canada's Biological and Toxin War Weapons Convention Implementation Act of 2004, and the International Biological Weapons Convention. This tribunal finds and hereby declares that the COVID-19 injections, mRNA injections, or mRNA nanoparticle injections, are in fact biological and technological weapons of mass destruction. The reasons, upon review of the expert evidence and published peer review articles, it is proved beyond a reasonable doubt that the COVID-19 injections, mRNA injections, this is both now, or mRNA nanoparticle injections, are in fact biological and technological weapons of mass destruction. Okay? We're going to go and continue now over to part one. Alright, so upon review of expert evidence and published peer-reviewed articles, it is proved beyond a reasonable doubt that these injections, both types, all right, uh, are in fact the biological and technological weapons of mass destruction, right? We already covered that. This is important. I repeated that, so you guys need to understand that. So part one, expert opinion of Dr. Francis Boyle. Dr. Francis Boyle provided his expert opinion that COVID-19 nanoparticle injections or the mnr mRNA nanoparticle injections uh or COVID-19 injections meet the criteria of these weapons of mass destructions. All right. So I'm gonna flip over here. Um, we're gonna go ahead and look at 18 USC 175, weapons and firearms and the Florida Statutes. So Francis A. Boyle was a professor of international law at the University of Illinois College of Law, who received an AB in 1971 in political science from the University of Chicago, then a JD degree, Magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, and PhD degrees in political science from Harvard. In 1985, he drafted the U.S. domestic implementing legislation for Biological Weapons Convention, known as the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989, that was unanimously approved by both houses of the U.S. Congress and signed into law by President George H. W. Bush. That's how far back this goes. With the approval of the United States Department of Justice, he additionally wrote the book Biowarfare and Terrorism. That's from Clarify Press in 2005. Dr. Francis Boyle labels the COVID-19 nanoparticle injections or mRNA nanoparticle injections of COVID-19 injection an offensive biological weapon or warfare weapon and gain of function properties to make it more lethal, more infectious. And it also has HIV, the precursor to AIDS, DNA, genetically engineered into that. He concludes as we do that they are biological weapons and weapons of mass destruction. Going into part two, expert opinion of Dr. Anna Maria Mehekalea. Okay, MD PhD. COVID-19 nanoparticle injections or mRNA nanoparticle injections or COVID-19 injections contain, this is in caps now, contain heavy medical contaminants and self-assembly nanotechnology, heavy metals, and nanotechnology. Self-assembly nanotechnology has been found in the injections and subsequently in human blood, initially in the vaccinated, and later from shedding on the unvaccinated as well. An international research group of over 60 doctors, pharmacists, and other professionals examined COVID-19 injections, mRNA injections, and mRNA nanoparticle injections from six different manufacturers. Those manufacturers are the following, and you'll know these AstraZeneca, BioNTech slash Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson and Johnson, Lubkavax, and Influspit Terra. This group known as the working group of COVID vaccine analysis used scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy, mass spectroscopy, inductively coupled plasma analysis, bright field microscopy, dark field microscopy, and live blood image diagnostics. More recently, another international research team examined hundreds of C nineteen injection vials from Pfizer, Moderna, and AstraZeneca. They found countless tiny sharp metal objects, leading one of the researches to consider that severe effects from these impurities are probably misdiagnosed by many pathologists as myocardial infarction. Similarity, stainless steel fragments were found in COVID vaccine vials in Japan. Okay. Now, the self-assembly of nanotechnology. Doctors from Italy published a study of dark field live blood microscopy of a thousand six patients who received the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 bioweapon. This showed that 94% of individuals had self-assembly nanotechnology structures in their blood. Self-assembly. That is scary as hell. Okay. Next, we're going to go into hydrogel polymers. Okay, this is important to know. The most serious concern about C19 injections centers around the use of hydrogel polymers that self-assemble and self-spread. This is a substance created by nanotechnologies known to be in the C19 injections. These nanotechnologies are what are called lipid nanoparticles, which include polyethylene glycol in Pfizer vaccines and SM-102 in the Moderna vaccines. Dr. Mehasia believed hydrogel is responsible for a silent surge of two deaths. Biosensors is next.

Mihalia indicated that she and her colleagues have chronicled the growth of nanotechnology hydrogel polymers in C19 vaccines, vaccinated and unvaccinated blood exposed through shedding. The growth process often begins with activity from quantum dots, which blink and change colors. Quantum dots, nano, and micro robots are nanoscale technology that can transmit information and act as biosensors. Whoa, this is really, really hard to swallow here, right? And here's how they relate into blood clots. So the relation into blood clots of polymer plastics. This activity is often followed by the aggregation of quantum dots into spheres. Her testimony indicates the spheres then break open and create ribbon-like filaments using near infrared spectroscopy. She determined that these filaments are hydrogel polymers. She indicates that experiments show these filaments invade the body by growing continuously even after death. This just doesn't go away.

Myhelasia further provides that later the hydrogel transforms the blood into sheets of polymer plastics. The hydrogel forms dots, or clots, I should say, that can be seen with the naked eye, and they pose a much greater health risk than normal blood clots. The blood clot of C19 vaccinated persons shows remnants of blood fused with yellow, rubbery, plastic-like hydrogel substances. You probably have seen reports, I've seen them, of post-mortem uh mortem autopsies done where they find like these root type of clots that get pulled out of arteries or from the veins and stuff like that, and they're literal strands, okay, of this really, really ugly, nasty looking thick stuff. That's this plastic stuff. Alright, this is what this shit does. Alright, so clots show indestructibility. Alright, so the doctor Mihaqlia provides that polyethylene, part of the polyethylene glycol in the Pfizer C19 vaccine is a well-known choice of making bioplastics. Unlike normal blood clots, a polymer bioplastic blood clot is far harder and much harder to dissolve. Dr. Mihalia and Clifford uh Karnicom attempted to dissolve it with nine different reagents, including fuel injector cleaner, strong sulfuric acid, alcohol, and lye. None of them made any difference except for a minor reaction with lye. Jesus, this is incredible. Alright, so this translates to harm in patients, right? So what does it translate to? The harm. And I'm trying to get her name really, really, really bad here. It's my halcia. My halcia. There we go. I think I got it now. Witnessed heart problems in her new patients who come in with significant amounts of hydrogel in their blood. All symptoms that are called long COVID, which include brain fog, fatigue, shortness of breath, heart palpitations, and accelerated aging are correlated with these blood findings. Now, I can tell you from a personal note that when I caught this thing in the summer of 2020, I came down with a severe, severe case of pneumonia. I was in intensive care for 29 days. Back uh during this time, there was no such thing as a vaccine. There was no uh answers, there were no medications or anything to combat this. All right. I was on nine liters of oxygen, could barely walk uh four or five feet without you know dropping to the floor uh because I was just wore out out of breath, hyperventilation, uh you name it. It was it was a horrific experience. I thought I was gonna go. They tried at the time, the only thing was uh putting you on a uh on those manufactured by GM, you know, uh resuscitators or pumps or whatever the hell you want to call it, and to assist you with breathing. And I said, no, no, thank you. Don't want to do that because I know if if you put me on that type of ventilating system, I'm done. Right. So I'm like, no. And in the end, the experimental uh solution at the time, which my daughter had to really, really argue, she's a nurse, had to really, really argue with the doctor, you know, the head of the hospital where I was at, to do the plasma transfusion, which is basically what saved my ass. And this was experimental at the time. Okay. And this is where Trump's uh order came in to, you know, uh right to try, right? Experimental stuff. And we rolled the dice, we took it, I had the transfusion done. It was a two-step process, and literally 48 to 72 hours later, I felt good as gold. I mean, I still had I still had to work on getting my motor skills back, learning how to walk again, lost an ex an incredible amount of weight. Uh, the last thing that came back was the sense of smell and sense of taste. Didn't have it, it was gone. Okay, but all of the other ailments were there. Now, we're gonna touch on transhumanism. So, Dr. Mehelcia's evidence is that the humans are being transformed into transhumans without their consent. So, hydrogel is an extremely versatile substance that can mimic any cell in the body, including the brain, but it doesn't just mimic cells, it replaces them. Got it. She quotes on here uh I've doctor Mihalias uh has witnessed the growth of hydrogel sheets in human blood, and how that growth results in a reduction of natural blood cells. This change is the body is nothing less than transhumanism. And affected people are unwillingly being transformed without their consent.

My Howard Helicia quotes parallel research including an MIT study that actually louds the many hydrogel interfaces towards merging humans and machines. All right, when we talk about machines, uh, you know, we want to talk about uh, you know, sort of like Terminator type of machines, right? Or, you know, the whole trans thing also as well. It just alters everything incredibly, right? Neuralink, that's that's the transhumanism stuff, right? Well, we're gonna cure you, just you know, plug in, just like the matrix, right? You plug in, you jack in, and you learn, they download whatever they want to download into you. These, in my opinion, are the beginning stages of this stuff. All right, so here we go. Another study reports success in using hydrogel to achieve a 36.3% enhancement in nearite extension, which means achieving a growth of synthetic cells in the brain. This is literally growing a parallel brain. The tribunal hereby concludes that these heavy metal polyethylene, poisons, toxins, nanotechnology, biosensors, are deliberate experiments on mankind and then an attempt to fuse synthetic control mechanisms into humans that in effect are simultaneously done without our consent and which have killed countless and maimed others. In its purest form, the mass application of COVID-19 nanoparticle injections or the mRNA nanoparticle injections or COVID-19 injections to attempt to fuse mankind with technology is an experiment of pure evil on mankind. And its logical endpoint is the end of mankind and a genocide. Population control. Where have you heard that before? WEF, Bill Gates Foundation, Soros, all of them. Uh they're all this is all connected, folks. This is all connected. All right, this is the depopulation uh program that WEF put out years and years ago. Okay. Now, Dr. Mihalcia arrives at firm conclusions about the COVID-19 injections. She concludes that they are an aggregation of poisons and nanotechnologies that cause a broad range of diseases, DNA defastations, and deaths. Dr. Michalcia indicates that governments have deliberately foisted a bioweapon upon its own citizens. This tribunal finds for these additional reasons that the COVID-19 nanoparticle injections or mRNA nanoparticle injections or COVID-19 injections are biological and technological weapons of mass destruction. Mankind has yet to achieve justice in the broad application of these technologies on the population. It is evident that those promulgating this experiment on mankind are motivated by a view of man that does not involve man himself as author of his destiny, but a mere lab animal whose biological harm, destruction, or death is a waste product in a social demonic engineering of the highest order. That is a bold statement. But in fact, I believe anyway it's true. Let's go into part three. Broad Systemic Diseases, Dr. Andrew Ziwiek, MD and Tribal Practitioner. Alright, so additional testimony and peer-reviewed articles support the finding that COVID-19 injections and all mRNA injections are biological and technological weapons designed to harm, not to protect or cure. They have been the cause of and or a major contributing factor to a wide range of diseases, including, but not limited to, get ready for this, neurocognitive issues, such as MECFs, dementia, psychosis, brain fog, cardiovascular concerns such as arrhythmia, stroke, myocardial infraction, obsterical, and gyneological concerns like uteroplacental insufficiency. Oh boy, spontaneous abortion, miscarriage, irregular menses, heavy bleeding, systemic problems like multisystem inflammatory syndrome, chronic fatigue and pain, hematological and oncological concerns such as haglugopathy and increased advanced cancer development and much more. My apologies for the medical terms, it's kind of difficult to read these big medical words, but hopefully you'll get an understanding of what I'm trying to put out. Now, part four risks to human genome and shedding. This is Dr. Paul Alexander. MRNA injections or mRNA nanoparticle injections pose no benefit, yet are harmful and cause a wide range of disease, including death. The mRNA nanoparticle injections pose a risk to the human genome and thus to future generations. The biodistribution of the lipid nanoparticles throughout the human body wreaks havoc on multiple organs and bodily systems. The shedding associated with these injections poses a significant health hazard, even to those that have not received an injection. This appears especially true regarding close or intimate contact. At this point in time, based on the scientific data, the refusal to discontinue and to remove the mRNA injections from the market, and the deceptive attempts to conceal the dangers. It is my professional opinion that the COVID-19 injections, mRNA injections, or mRNA nanoparticle injections are in fact biological and technological weapons of mass destruction. It's another one on the opinion. Let's pause here for a moment. I'll be right back. Just wanted to go ahead and get a little sip of water here because there's a lot of reading to go on. Let's jump into part five. Alright. Gene altering agents are bioweapons. The tribunal accepts the evidence and concludes that the COVID-19 nanoparticle injections or mRNA nanoparticle injections or COVID-19 injections are gene altering agents that fit the definition of a biological and technological weapon of mass destruction. The mass application and shedding is evidence of the methodology of mass destruction. The sheer number of destructive means is sinister and horrific on a plane and scale that mankind has yet to grapple with, for it implies an evil intent of disproportionate ability for this tribunal to quantify in one declaration. So there's more to this. The tribunal has difficulty fully articulating the level of evil that has taken place in the application of COVID-19 nanoparticle injections or the mRNA nanoparticle injections or the COVID-19 injection as biological and technological weapons onto humanity. The tragedy has historic proportions due to the injection's capacity for intergenerational harm. So technically it's the gift that keeps on giving. Okay. Multiple studies have detected contamination of these shots with bacterial DNA, plasmids, is what they're called, which can integrate into the human genome and cause harm. In addition, studies have shown the presence of the SB40 promoter-enhancer nuclear localization sequences that can alter the genome in cells to make cells cancerous. These shots have caused massive amounts of harm and deaths. We accept that any system reporting, the number of deaths will not reflect the maiming and calling of mankind that is presently underway. One doctor showed an estimate by one global study to be some 17 million deaths. We do not need to decide how many have perished to declare that COVID-19 nanoparticle injections or the mRNA nanoparticle injection or COVID-19 injections are biological and technological weapons of mass destruction. We find and confirm that these are not only gene-altering agents, but also produce the harmful spike protein throughout the body, resulting in immune reactions against the recipient's own cells, resulting in cell death and accompanying diseases or conditions to include autoimmune diseases, cardiovascular diseases such as myocardis, myocarditis, sorry, heart attacks, and strokes, cancers, particularly in younger populations, infertility, and fetal loss. Okay. One of the reasons why miscarriages are so high. People are not having kids. Okay, and this is a global problem. All right, it's because of this crap. The publication of these studies and the repeated cry for these injections are to be discontinued and removed from the marketplace as noted. Again, they're not taking these things off of the market. No one's talking about it. And like I said earlier in the beginning of the broadcast, uh, I have personally witnessed going through the drive-thru of my local Walgreens to get other prescriptions. They have a nice big banner right outside the uh the window, the drive-thru window, where you pick up and pay for your stuff or drop off a prescription. They have a nice big sign there displaying, hey, flu season is here, time to get your flu shot, and might as well get your COVID-19 shot while you're here, also as well. Make an appointment. Yeah, they're still pushing this thing. And there are people out there, unfortunately, that are still buying into this thing out of fear, okay, being presented by the mainstream media, by your politicians, by your governments, okay, telling you this is uh for your own good, for your own protection. Where have we heard that before? Okay. Let's get into part six now, right? DNA fragments. This is an important one because DNA is where this thing really, really wreaks havoc. Okay, I've done studies on this one too. So DNA fragments and Dr. Spiketer and other publicists' articles. Synthetic plasmid DNA fragments are in their shots. The makers of the vaccines must be presumed to control the ingredients and quality of the contents. A peer-reviewed study published in Autoimmunity has confirmed that both Pfizer, BioNTech, and Moderna's mRNA COVID-19 injections are contaminated with enormous quantities of DNA fragments, billions to hundreds of billions per dose, with Pfizer's product uniquely containing the SV40 promoter enhancer, a viral genetic element long associated with changing the cell's DNA and cancer concerns. In other words, it takes your DNA strand, especially at the tail end, and it alters it into something that is basically alien type, if you will. Okay, it's unknown. Alright? Now the study was authored by Dr. David J. Speicher, Dr. Jessica Rose, and Dr. Kevin McKernan. The limit on DNA contaminants is due to the fact that we are genetic beings. Exceeding the levels means there are exceptionally serious concerns that these human DNA fragments are integrating into patients' genomes and driving these injuries. By definition, plasmids are integration, competent DNA molecules. They are the very tools used in gene engineering to insert sequences into genomes. They are tools to insert DNA into our human DNA. The presence of these three human genetic sequences is confirmed in an October 2023 Nature and PJ vaccines public uh publications. The tribunal finds that the deliberate silence by regulatory agencies and governments in response to published articles showing the risk of genomic integration necessitates an implication of knowledge, collusion, and intent to continuing the mass application of biological and technological weapons of mass destruction on the world population. The international government's wide disinterest is an appalling fact that we take note of. The evidence of the post-marketing adverse events by various vaccine manufacturers, this is publicly published by Aaron Cherie, establishes a devastating amount of knowledge of adverse events, including fetal harm. Fetal harm. Okay. Which basically, later on, in my opinion, transits and you got autism, you've got uh, you know, Down syndrome, you got all kinds of crap that can come on this. It's passed on to a poor little baby. Okay. Uh and then the stress that that brings on later on in life on the parents, also as well. All right, so we're gonna go now into part seven. Part seven is the fetal harm and purposeful uh at Fortican. Studies we examine have shown severe harms from COVID-19 injections during pregnancy. Thorpe et al. found unacceptably high breaches in safety signals for 37 adverse agents or events, I should say, sorry, after COVID-19 injections in pregnant women and called for an immediate global moratorium on COVID-19 injections during pregnancy. Some of these adverse agents include miscarriage, fetal chromosomal abnormality, fetal malformation, cervical insufficiency, premature rupture of membranes, premature labor, premature delivery, fetal cardiac arrest, and fetal death. In other words, stillbirth. Okay. Man, that is something to really, really think about. I uh anyway. This one just hits a little close to me, but anyway, uh let's continue here. Uh part eight, depopulation. Oh, look at that. All right, just know I I I'm basically going over this report. I've I've briefed over it, I've uh you know, scanned over it and stuff like that briefly. But uh some of this stuff is kind of new to me anyway. So depopulation. I talked about this earlier. Now they're talking about it. Dr. Rima Laibau notes that the application of the COVID-19 nanoparticle injections or the mRNA nanoparticle injections or COVID-19 injections are consistent, in fact, with the official United States doctrine of depopulation as articulated by Henry Kissinger. You remember him, right? In his December 10th, 1974 National Security Study Memorandum as adopted by the United States in collaboration with who else? The United Nations. Part 9. Censorship. This is gonna bring us here to date, right? So we note that this date sanctioned murder has been possible with the culling of speech, speakers and whistleblowers who dare speak against the governing corporate oligarchy. The sustained actions with the coordination and complicity of professional bodies that cut off at the knees many who speak against the biological and technological weapons and the routine de facto judicial notice by courts of these structures that is imposed has created a structure to perform genocide under lawful pretense. We take note of Lisa Myron's extensive work on this topic in World on Mute to supplement the total system-wide mechanism of censorship and silence that enforces and coordinates speakers in professions, unions, school boards, etc. Such system-wide censorship and transnational coordination to use professional corporate bodies as a mechanism of silence is a long and well-planned and non-accidental coordination that assisted the mass application of weapons of mass destruction upon humanity. In conclusion, the AIN tribunal finds that the application of biological and technological weapons of mass destruction with gene editing and nanotechnology and transhumanist additions will result and has resulted in a genocide. Alright. For clarity, this panel does not minimize the Holocaust. Mankind has been living in the most powerful delusions that murder by government or NGOs or international corporate oligarchy could ever rest on any mortal principle. The fundamental purpose of law is to seek the truth and provide for justice. The tribunal finds that these bioweapons, COVID-19 injections, mRNA injections, or mRNA nanoparticle injections, were constructed by colonial powers to be deployed universally on mankind and are on our original peoples as a priority group. Right? Again, they targeted the indigenous populations of the entire planet. Again, power and control, right? Submitting to government rule, all under the name of we will take care of you. All right, you you can't take care of yourselves. We we're here to help you. We'll we're here to take care of you and provide for you, right? But keep voting for us, don't worry about it. We got your back, right? As such, colonial systems have only served to perpetuate the injustice of what can only be seen as a planned and executed murder and depopulation of mankind around the world. The lack of justice on colonial systems must be seen as by design and to further the application and deployment of bioweapons on the public. We ask the original peoples and rest of mankind to stand together to give this decision and declaration the force of morality and justice, which is the basis of any system of law. There can be no architecture of law that is a permissive grant to deploy bioweapons on mankind. We find there is a consequential degeneracy in the intrinsic value of mankind by those who have and continue to promugulate the application of weapons of mass destruction on humanity. The COVID-19 injections, mRNA injections, or mRNA nanoparticle injections are weapons, biological weapons, cellular weapons, poisonous weapons, genetic weapons, nanotechnology, intergenerational weapons, technological weapons. This tribunal finds and hereby declares that the COVID-19 injections, mRNA injection, or mRNA nanoparticle injections are in fact biological and technological weapons of mass destruction. This tribunal finds and hereby declares that the COVID-19 nanoparticle injections or mRNA nanoparticle injections or COVID-19 injections meet the criteria of biological weapons and weapons of mass destruction according to the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989, 18 USC 175.166 Florida Statute in 2023, also Canada's Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention Implementation Act 2004, and the International Biological Weapons Convention. This order and declaration is intended to have immediate worldwide effect, issued on eighth day of October, 2025. And a leaping ram for the AIN tribunal who signs off. There you have it. Alright. That is the details of this AIN tribunal. Those details that I just laid out for you right now are shocking. They literally are. Okay, this is this now. You know. Now you know the real deep truth here as to what in the world they gave us back in 2020. All that other garbage that you hear about, you know, on the news. Oh, where did it come from? It came from a bat, it came from a uh a lab in you know, Wuhan, or all that other stuff. There's more to it than that, people. They're not giving you the whole truth. They're really not. Okay, they they they are just not. So then we have, and I'll close out with this, the uh Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons. Okay, uh this is basically AAPS, COVID-19 injection, harms and damages, a non-exhaustive uh conclusion. I have here a list of one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, eleven, one military, Lieutenant Edward Macy, USN. Uh, I mean, this the list just goes on and on. All doctors, all professionals, these are not politicians, okay? These are not uh, you know, um megahorns, you know, from the media. No, these are actual medical people with no agenda, with no uh bipartisanship, nothing political. This is science right here. And they're just telling you like it is, all right. I'll tell you a little bit about this, and then I'm gonna go into another state. All right, we already talked about Canada, right? We talked about Canada, which in the geopolitical sphere, they're not very too good, right? They're kind of like leaning on the whole socialist thing, almost communism thing. And most of your blue states, the northern ones, such as Minnesota, have their own issues with immigration, you know, with the influx of you know, your Arabs types and stuff like that. But but their medical community, I'll give them this, all right, they're they're holding strong, at least the good ones, because there are good ones out there, all right. And that's Minnesota Bill HF 3219. That's Minnesota Bill HF 3219, and I'm gonna get into that here in a second. But let me just talk to you about these list of doctors, all right. Uh, that I just counted out for you. I'm not gonna read their names, it's it's pointless, but one of them is military, that's why I had to mention that one. Uh, we're gonna talk about the engineered origins, all right. So geomic forensics, all right, SARS, COV2, and mRNA injections display signatures of laboratory manipulation, foreign cleavage site, HIV-like inserts, SEB uh superantigen uh motives, ENAC Epidope, DC sign receptors this is my favorite, DARPA's, yeah, DARPA's 2018 diffuse proposal 2020 proximal origin cover up the systemic harms documented cardiovascular, cardiovascular, uh reproductive, immune collapse, and cancer, law and ethics, violations of biological weapons convention, public health principles, medical ethics. All three categories sound pretty good, don't they? So this also aligns with what I just mentioned, Minnesota Bill HF 3219, which classifies mRNA injections and related products as weapons of mass destruction under section 609.712, prohibiting their possession or distribution within the state. Within the state. Okay, how's that working out? Again, you can submit as many bills as you want and stuff like that. Will they get through the voting process? Don't know. Will it be stalemated and put on a shelf for further review? Who knows? Will anything ever come of it? Who knows? But the battle is being waged, right? It's being put out there. Are we getting results? Who knows? That's the thing, right? That's the big question mark. Now, whether this unprecedented declaration will trigger tangible legal or governmental action remains to be seen, as I just stated. But it sets a historic precedent. A recognized international tribunal has formally named the COVID-19 mRNA injections as weapons of mass destruction. Now, understand, this is can't this is Minnesota. Okay, Minnesota has also a fairly large indigenous population. Well, again, this is nation to nation and it trickled from Canada down to the U.S., right? And they got a hold of this, right? Because again, they're being used and were used as high-valued targets for this 19 uh C19 injection. Now, placing the burden squarely on world governments, public health agencies, and courts of law to respond in the wake of mounting scientific evidence, legislative movements like Minnesota's HF 3219, and now this sweeping international judgment.
